Was this issue always there ??? when did it start. Also is the issue only for HD channels or are SD channels having same problem.

Try connecting via HDMI ARC, if your TV supports ARC.
Try with Optical cable...

If SD channel PCM audio and non DD HD channels are working fine then issue is with Dolby audio. This issue can be from TS side

Hi all,

I am d2h 4k box user, for Maa HD Telugu , I am also facing same problem , my HT is Onkyo , so this may be problem with transmission, but you guys can give a try and check by connecting ARC configuration .

My TV doesn't pass through DD through ARC, so I am not in a position to test.

I also face this issue. But it's not always. And not on all DD channels, it happens randomly.
