My previous connection type STB to HT HDMI input then HT to TV HDMI input
In this connection I'm not facing any sound drop in DD mode
Now STB to TV then TV to HT via arc in this connection I'm facing sound drop but sound quality better than previous connection

Today I have received optical cable connected to STB to HT through optical sound quality better than previous connection ( not ARC ) sound dropping rarely it's not a problem but my TV doesn't have optical connection its disappointed me

No bro ARC and optical has same sound quality but STB to HT through HDMI sound quality not good compared with arc and optical
