Actually there was a Rajstani channel named SATRANG and space-toon has left a long time ago.

Well SpaceToon is a kids entertainment channel... Showing English Cartoon Shows...

As Jatt bhai told its removed from IN4A 83*E C-Band from a long time and was showing SATRANG [Rajasthani Music & Folk]... EPG name was not updated... Still showing name of SpaceToon... Now removed that SATRANG too...

Yes you are right bro as SATRANG was playing under the name of Space-Toons. It was nice Rajsthan channel but gone.
