Yes, if you make ₹100-150 recharge usually. Now when you recharge above ₹150 that is from ₹151-200 will get some cashback. Subscribers who recharges ₹200 above normally won't see the offer.

One thing I am wondering is why they sent retailers message about some online offer. Maybe they will credit some cashback in the form of Tata Play balance to the customer's account for recharging from retailers.

I also recharge with 152 yesterday no cashback recieved yet. Just talked about this & got this answer.
