Should Sports Networks have Regional Channels?

One of the confuse broadcaster is sports 18
Took rights but not showed
They have Kalinga super cup rights but inspite of sports 18 -3 being football channel shows hockey 5s
And asia cup fifa wc qualify

But not a indian tournament they just missed 2 trp grabbing match super cup final and derby of Super cup

Hockey was a highlight show. Vh1 didn't had anything special to air. They could air Kalinga Cup. Viewers would stay for ISL. Than again no hopes for that company as it's under same Kevin Vaz and Uday Shankar. The men who were responsible for the current state of Star India.
