I think there is a slight mistake in color code in first post. D sport hd is already available from launch date itself, so it shouldn't be in green. Instead, d sport sd, which will launch soon should be in green.

D Sport Available only in HD Version

Update: New licenses are awaiting approval from MIB for SS1 Kannada and SS1 Bangla. Full-fledged production works for both channels have begun already. (Malayalam and Telugu in pipeline too.)
