Even Sony does that when Star Sports airs India Cricket matches live, infact if i remember correctly not too long ago it played the whole India Vs Australia Test Match Rerun when Live home series test match was being shown live on Star Sports...... Please don't unnecessarily criticise Disney Star or any broadcaster for things where they r not even at fault

checked Fancode, Bangladesh tour of Pakistan not there in their live stream list. Seems none get pakistan matches as of now to broadcast in India
