Should Sports Networks have Regional Channels?

Though Sports18 Khel is available on Dish TV via DD Free Dish satellite but it is placed on an LCN slot which is reserved for channels when broadcaster signs agreement directly with Dish TV as othewise all DD Free Dish channels r placed/available in extreme bottom in EPG & allotted 4 digit LCN slots....so Indiacast would have signed agreement with Dish TV for this channel

Too much local leagues. Why aren't they telecasting it in regional channels?
