Should Sports Networks have Regional Channels?

I think it's high time to stick with world feed (English) visuals and just add regional audio feeds on satellite channels at least.

It will definitely reduce operating costs and they can produce regional visual feeds and shows for OTT and monetize there with targeting ads as well. Streaming on higher satellite channels will definitely good for ad revenue. But since declined viewership on satellite channels and higher operating costs, OTT will be a good option for its higher viewership.
