So some members r feeling surprised at seeing ITTF tournament being aired on both Sony Sports Network and Eurosports. This is not a new occurrence, in the past niche sporting events like MotoGP were aired on both Neo Sports and Ten Sports.

Actually for certain sporting properties,,sports broadcasters decide to jointly buy rights which comes out to be cost effective and even increase their content portfolio. Even for Serie A there was a dual broadcaster deal in India 8 or 10 years back wherein some matches were aired on Neo Sports while others were shows on Ten Sports/Action

Star Sports and Ten Sports. Mot Neo Sports and Ten Sports.

No buddy. Moto GP aired on Neo Sports alongwith Ten Sports. Earlier Ten Sports had exclusive rights for the same
I know. But I am sure I remember being mad at both Star Sports and Ten Sports as both skipped WWE and TNA at certain weekend when Moto GP was on.

Bro it was STAR Sports along with TEN Sports, NEO doesn't aired MotoGP.
In fact other than Cricket NEO just aired two main Sporting events that was EURO2012 and Bundesliga

When Neo lost BCCI Cricket rights it acquired rights of many non cricket sporting properties...Moto GP was one of them. Both Ten Sports and Neo Sports held rights of it jointly, before that Ten Sports had exclusive rights of Moto GP for a very long time. You can search for this information on google.

WWE rights were with Star Sports before 2002.. As Ten Sports got launched in India they acquired the rights and from 2002 they have the rights even as First Ten Sports got acquired by zee and eventually Sony bought sports channels of Zee but WWE has continued to be aired on Ten Sports Network which is now called Sony Sports Network.

Star Sports did acquire TNA rights around 10 or 12 years back but later on same were acquired by Sony and thereafter by DSport/Eurosports

So what's your point here? In 2010 WWE aired on Ten Sports and TNA aired on Star Sports since 2006.

Okay so i got little confused. From 2006 till 2015 Moto GP aired on 2 networks - Star Sports, Neo Sports and Ten Sports. In 2015 Ten Sports (then owned by Zee) acquired exclusive rights of the same for 5 years and now Eurosports has the exclusive rights.

Did Star Sports air Moto GP until 2015...i think their agreement expired in 2010 or 2011 from then until 2015 Neo Sports and Ten Sports jointly aired in it
