Till now no confirmation most likely Jio and Viacom18 we have to wait and see

Edit: 1Stadia bought the rights it seems. I have no idea who they are

So new sports channel on the cards coz they bought multiple fifa events like
FIFA Club World Cup 2023™, FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup 2023™, and FIFA Under 17 World Cup 2023

extensive coverage, in-depth analysis, expert commentary, and behind-the-scenes glimpses, bringing them closer to the action like never before.

They have bought FIFA Women's WC 2 weeks from now. To start a TV channel and distribute will take more time than that right?

My guess they will resell the rights to Indian broadcaster or streaming platform like Jio cinema,Fancode.
