Should Sports Networks have Regional Channels?

Anyone know where i can find old cricket matches.
BCCI app has old india home matches from 2014 only
and Other cricket board app has their country matches from 2015 only
ICC app also don't have all old ICC matches (like 1998 icc champion trophy)
You tube videos uploads are not in good picture quality

I want old matches with good quality like ind -eng 1992 wc, Afridi 37 balls century in nairobi, 2000 Asia cup , etc

Rob Moody the Australian guitarist who records every cricket match has huge collection of cricket match from 1980s to modern day but he can't post on YouTube because of fear of copyright infringement.

where else i can find those matches,, ICC app, youtube don't have those matches
