Should Sports Networks have Regional Channels?

It ain't happening. If they had to. They would've done it this World Cup. Apart from SA and CA events. They got nothing special. Only premium channels has Premier League.

They should atleast restructure the network after the SA series. Many channels would be irrelevant in a few months.

Star Sports Hindi needs to be Star Sports Special or Select catering to Hindi and regional market. Regional channels are wastage of resources and bandwith. They can do huge cost cutting here. They can use regional graphics for regional channels by using movie channels.
