Same is the case with my account too, tried app, CC and Chat but no luck, CC are saying within sometime able to view channels but no luck yet. They said even ticket is created but still issue exists.

Before adding i removed all HD sports channels from my pack..
So i can,t watch those channels because of thiss issue.. i can,t even add this channels..singly..

Same issue (app,wa,cc) doesn't work for me ...but issue resolved in the evening all channels are running properly after contacting cc some chats with them and finally succeeded
