They earlier got license for sports18 hd hindi and hd2 ,so these lcn can be used for sports18 2 and 3 hd channels with the permission of I&B ministry...

No. SD only. It is like the Ten Sports network until 2017 with 3 SD channels and 1 HD channel.

Viacom18 distribution team Sports18-1 HD launching process in DTH they did late,
Sports-2 & 3 SD channels only so,
