Sports18 HD Keeps stuttering

While me sitting in the same room with stb, as soon as I start using internet in my phone, Sports18 HD starts stuttering, has anyone faced the issue?

i dont find any issue as this... pls check ur signals as ur channel is freezing signal might be weak

Singal is almost 90 percent, and only one channel is freezing, that to only if I start using internet on my phone

Then write a email to dishtv support or to sports 18 channel. They will resolve your issue.

Port to Jio. Watching Sports 18 while using Airtel sim leads to this.

Jio isn't available everywhere in such areas , states and in cities.

Buddy , there is no merit in the statement u have made as mobile signal cannot cause any disruption in DTH Signal....both operate in different bands.

Some other issue would be causing this problem

Then I don't know why it's happening only while using the internet, as soon as I take my phone to other room, then everything runs smoothly
