It is Sri Lankan Devotional Channel.

You will get this on your FTA receiver via DD Free Dish SAT but you gets audio not video.

For Video you should have H.265 HEVC receiver.

If you want to buy 6165, only for Freesat channels. Then don't buy.
Most of the channels are now encrypted and only 2 channels are available for free, which can be encrypted at any time.
