Yes Its a pay channel but may be free for DDFD (like reshtey) & chance to addition on FREE DISH Platform,
Because of Star won 2 slots in last auction and from 1 months one is vacant, they couldn't add its music channel yet.
So chances is more.
Second thing next e auction held on 22 Aug., they will try to reserved more slots also.
