Currently as per my knowledge, colors kannada has business head prashanth who will continue to lead colors . Star doesnt have buisness head. But a temporary head is in place as per info i got .
I believe they will continue to have different heads but one strategy team.

But still not sure what they have in mind .

Hence they have retained many star employees except few nd viacom18 has lot of exist
 
Comcast/Sky most probably getting access on Tata Play, It's crazy thing if they remove Play and again replace with Sky:ROFLMAO:

i think you miss matched. This is how it works
Fiction and nonfiction head reports to business head who inturn reports to cluster head .
Cluster head reports to regional head who inturn reports to respective ceo

Giving an example ..... Mr. Harsh Sheth (Star Bharat Head) will report to Mr. Sumanta Bose who then will report to Mr. Kevin Vaz....Channel Head >Cluster Head >Genre/Business Head > CEO
