It will be made available in 50 Hz / 25 FPS as same is format for standard broadcast / transmission in India for TV Channels....most TV'S and even boxes support just 50 Hz Format as we follow PAL system .
All 60 Hz compatible TV sets or boxes support 50 Hz format too but 50 Hz compatible TV sets or boxes cannot broadcast 60 Hz content properly and u will see judder effect/unsmooth motion in such cases hence broadcasters always stick to 25 FPS/50 Hz format.

For Jio Cinema most probably broadcast will be most likely available with both options 50 Hz and 60 Hz as all mobile devices and internet streaming on smart boxes as well as new age TV sets support 60Hz/30 FPS format but those wanting to stream content on 50 Hz TV sets would require to choose 50Hz/25 FPS option for seamless streaming experience
