No Idea Bro! But Usually 4K Comes With 50 Or 60 FPS

In india usually broadcasters use 25/50 FPS bcoz we r country which is compatible with PAL system. On OTT platforms sometimes 30/60 FPS refresh rate is used.

There r various articles available online which would help one understand why there is a difference in refresh rate used across different countries or within a country for different content or platforms

Yes, so that when one views it on a TV set which does not support 60 Hz format there r no judder motion effects visible
PAL supports 25 fps (50 HZ) and NTSC supports 30 fps (60 HZ), so TV broadcast does not support above 30 fps. Sports production in India mostly based on TV broadcast (25 fps).

I said the same thing bro. Not only sports but all the TV content in India is show 25 FPS (50 Hz) so as to be compatible with all the TV sets. NTSC / Secam system is not the standard format in India .

Only OTT content may be available in 30 FPS / 60 hz if shot in country where it is the standard format, otherwise such content is also converted to 50 hz when aired on TV Channels.

Star Sports or any other sports broadcaster will use 25 FPS / 50 Hz for seamless / smooth streaming experience on both TV Channels and OTT. Sometimes broadcasters may convert it 60 hz for OTT or vice versa

Now Star Sports producing in 25 fps based on TV broadcast, but OTT can get 50 fps, if Star Sports (production rights holder) upgrades production.
