Yeah New Star Sports channel was very much necessary due to excessive impact of more and more sports,but it should had been launched as Star Sports 5 and not Star Sports add on service :-/ :dodgy

Star Sports HD Add On service is basically an effort to serve our viewers even better. These are not different channels being introduced by us. The motive is to cover some of the other LIVE events which we are not able to show on our existing HD channels due to clashes. And currently this service is available only with Tata Sky.
