Yes bcoz ss hd 3 will telecast WC matches in hindi... whereas ss hd 4 will not :no
Thats why star is in hurry to atleast get ss hd3 on dth platforms.

after the addition of HD3 & HD 4, all HD channels will mirror their respective SD channels

SS1 & SSHD1 - Cricket (India cricket and local leagues)
SS2 & SSHD2 - primarily cricket, then other sports (mix of international and Indian content)
SS3 & SSHD3 - Hindi
SS4 & SSHD4 - Other Sports (premium content - EPL, La Liga, ATP, F1)

so nothing exiting for football or F1 fans...
