Star, Zee merge distribution biz in equal JV

MUMBAI: India’s leading broadcasters, Star and Zee, are merging their distribution businesses.

Star Den and Zee Turner are floating a new distribution company, Media Pro Enterprise India Pvt. Ltd. Both will have equal stake in the new entity.

Arun Kapoor will be the CEO of the new company while Star Den CEO Gurjeev Singh will be COO.
