My STB Show Error

"Starting Failed No Recordings Rights E101-29"

While I Record Any Program.

I Able To Watch My Old Recorded Content.
But Can't Record New One.

I Check My Info On D2H Login Its Show Recording Is Activated On My Box

Also CC Said That Recording Is Activated.
CC Also Refresh The STB But Nothing Changed.


Any One Give Me Solution.

They Say Enginear Come And Check You STB.
But It Wll Cost
Visiting Charge RS.150 + Any Hardware Part Replacement Charge RS.xxx

This Problem Will Fix By Calling Noida Office By CC

2 Time It Happen With Me And Fixed.

If Enginear Come To You And He Unable To Fix This Problem They Can Not Ask For Money.

I am Sure This Will Not Fix By Enginear Visit, Only From Noida

This Problem exists for the users, who Did activated the
Khushiyon Ka Diwali Offer...

From adding that offer many stbs are not abel to get Refresh updates about our package details & also can't get any add-ons
As our stbs can't get account updates...

Hence Removing KKD offer or Particular add-on is the only solution for us...
