Subscribe id not show on tv screen

Hello,
I do not show our subscriber id on tv screen I use remote yellow button and help button but not show subscriber id please tell me where subcribe id find

It is not showing in one of my TS Transfer box too after software update. But showing in other box. Looks like a bug in software.

you can view subs id by pressing guide/showcase/orgarnizer/active button, in the bottom left side it is shown
