Subtitles in Hindi, requesting for English subtitles

For HBO Hits, i noticed watching Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol the subtitles are in Hindi when the character is speaking foreing language (say Russian in the movie).

Can any one suggest who i can change the subtitle text to English?

^^ Those subtitles were included in the movie itself. Those subtitles were not added by the channel. If you look carefully, those subtitles were temporary available only when the character spoke in different language not English.

HBO channel was showing subtitles in English as usual. If you watch the movie using a CD/DVD, you'll get the same Hindi subtitles for the same scenes.

Yes, i have mentioned the same, i learned Hindi in my academics, i can speak it comfortably, but lost touch in reading Hindi as i am from South. Would be happy to have option for Subtitles in English / Hindi when character speaks Foreign language.
