Go for Samsung soundbar K450 2.1 released in 2016 for 18990.i don't have it but saw fairly good reviews. Can add surround speakers at extra cost of around 9000.300 watts RMS

if u r budget is high like 35k-40k now I am personally advice to don't buy complete HOME THEATER ie.5.1/7.1 first buy any 5.1/7.1 yamaha or Denon or any AVR which is at list 2 HDMI input with 5.1/7.1 analog output & supports up to Dolby Tru HD/DTS HD Master Audio & make or buy bookshelf speaker (sony/JBL Bookshelf speaker my personal choice) or any branded JBL or any bookshelf & center Chanel speaker of your personal choice 
then only you will feel like u are seat in theater... :k :tup
