Today news Paper.
But I Think It Will Be Available on Airtel and Tata Sky Also. Airtel already Shifted Sony AATH LCN and Tata Sky Will Be Shifting Ruposhi Bangla LCN on 3rd Feb.

I don't think this channel will be available in other dth apart from Sun direct DTH. It will take atleast a month to get added in other DtH platform.

What is the point in launching it and having it exclusive to their dth... They can simply launch it as service channel instead of a satellite channel with license...

It'll be added in Tata Sky and airtel for sure.
