I purchased new package today and paid the amount. I got recharge successful message but the new plan is not getting activated. The system still shows old package name. The amount I paid got credited inside Account Balance. I am planning to visit sunshine center this week. They told 6 months recharge plan is now available.

I don't know why SUN Direct team is not thinking to give exclusive HD package.
I see same channels is SD and HD curated. Instead of providing SD they should have provided other HD, as SD and HD has minor price variance(zee telugu Rs15SD, HD 19rs).

I did, on Feb 15th.

I used the Amazon website to recharge for Rs.230. It correctly activated Tamil DPO 2 for me.

The trick is to recharge for the exact amount that your desired base pack costs, including GST.

What is the exact amount that you recharge for?
