They have to strengthen their distribution chain in North India before launching such boxes. There is not a single Sun Direct retailer within 100 km radius of me. And if there is no retailer then after sales service is unimaginable.

I think they are bringing new boxes to comply with the new NCF structure like Zing Super FTA.
