Friends, i have sun direct at home. my plan expired in Nov,2018 and I haven't recharged for last 60 days because I was away. today I recharged for 500rs through freecharge but my balance shows only 423rs. can anyone pls tell why I didn't get 500rs as balance? Do sun direct levy some charges for recharging late?

I just called sun direct nodal tamilnadu he told new packages, will be updated by today,secondly he told that high chance those who on recharge before today to their current packs
Would be continued,till their pack validity.(in case if it isn't then the package downgrade FTA pack of 153rs balance would be credited to sundirect account).

For long-term recharges(expiry after feb1) I think they will make their own new bouquets combination corresponding to channels available in old packages and customer will be automatically shifted to that package. It is sure that the cost for same channels in new system will exceed that of old packages. So that they will give some discounts(like dish tv removed ncf for customers choose dishtv bouquets,discount in individual bouquets etc) and remove some channels to compensate price. Anyway this will not be 100% perfect solution.

Not sure if its 100% correct. But if what I see is right, they are building bouquets and testing it on website. They do have typo for Bouquet. The below one seems to be the first one created for Rs 123 (Not sure if the price is correct). Option Addon/Ala-Carte will be renamed to Subscription packs.

Star distributor Boquet - Typo is there.

If any SD developer is there in this forum, please correct it.
