I got a call from nodal team they informed me that my selected channels will get activated in 24 hours

Total channel count was 399(including 'New tariff info' channel),today Gemini news replaced with Sun bangla and Udaya news removed. So channel count should be 398.But it shows 399.Any new channel added?

As per the sun direct customers care told me the new package will be applicable after your validity gets over & the new selected channels will gets activated within 24 hours of time.

No new rule applied.I have chosen FTA only. but my mega pack which is to be expired on Sep-2019 is running.

Old packages done before feb 1 will work till the expiry.After that you have to opt new rule. Pack expiry on feb, march etc ok, But I don't know you can continue long as September is a long time from Feb 1rst, many things can happen within that time(trai's interference, court order etc)

When I counted the existing sun direct channel list, the count is coming 399 only.
