Hi friends i have recharge my account with telugu hd dpo pack 1 in sundirect app money got deducted and my pack is not activated customer care no is not connecting,someone help me.In transaction details it is showing that it got recharged with 322.

I am on fta1 basic pack. From last 2 weeks am not getting sun nxt. I mailed them thrice. They asked me to contact sundirect customer care. Customer care executive informed me about this
