Restart the box or reset to factory default. Before that check the connectors.

already done bro,but all channels working in reliance signal cable,but weather condition is normal & bishnu bro also facing this issue

U are having some allignment issues and that's why u can't see picture. I am currently watching lcn 123. Signal strength is 53 and quality is 95% from 12723tp ,which host the lcn 123 .

If the problem was due to bad weather then you must not be able get the signals from Reliance Digital dish antenna

bro,i am using sundirect stb in sundirect antenna & rdtv stb in rdtv antenna ,bro i have tried in reliance signal cable all channels working ,but issue only on sundirect antenna:k
