Poor service by Sun Direct Team.
I raised a complaint against my freezing of channels on 07/07/2020 (Tuesday).
They said that they will send technician by 8th. Today is 10th. Till now nobody came. Initially there was good service even when they had only 7 to 8 Bengali channels. I am talking of 2016-17. Off late service has become very bad indeed. I called thrice till no one replied.
They told online support will be given during covid times. But how come online support will be given for this issue?

I have threatened them either you come and solve my problem or else I shift to other dth.

Already I spoke with Videocon D2H and enquired about their Sliver Bengali HD Combo. This is last chance. During lockdown if TV is not working then it is useless to keep sun direct.

I called their Behala service centre. I also spoke at 044 44676767.

Iam already sun direct use but now move d2h price rate also low compare sun d2h....channel also more channel come....sun realy worst dont waste ur money
