don't Know why Sundirect not adding respective regional channels in the platform? In Malayalam 1) Kappatv 2 Kaumudi TV 3, Jeevan TV 4, Darshana TV 5, Raj music and Raj news malayalam.

I guess, yes.

I dropped a few add-on packs (broadcaster packs) this month. And I received relevant amounts refunded back to my Sun Direct balance.

Yes you can drop any pack any time.
Even base pack can be dropped but button in website is not working properly.
