If nto 2.0 is implemented sun direct have to provide 200 fta channels in ncf pack but they have only 152 fta channels (excluding dd) in their platform so, they have to add 48 fta channels.

I don't think it's a problem if they don't have 200 fta channels so don't expect anything sooner moreover maintaining existing channels itself looks like a challenge for sun. Now

I just observed that orbital position of measat 3 is now 88.4° east...it's really confusing me... anybody know more details

200+SD channels are not available in Sun Direct Compared to other DTH Platforms & So Many SD Channels not available in any Single DTH. I am not getting any idea with the current situation of Sun Direct & how long this DTH will Survive in Indian DTH industry. I think less bandwidth is not the Main Problem that faced by Sun network, they have Some issues with Zee network, Raj network, Polimer network & many Small Group channels, Many important channels in Every languages are Still Pending to add in Sun Direct, if Sun network not interested in DTH business then why they Start DTH to cheat People, All Sun Direct Customers recharge Sun Direct for watching their favorite channels, but this foolish DTH Company cheating People by not adding Many Important channels, I am not under stand that what is in the mind of Sun network Authorities, Sun Direct started it's Service in 2007,Long 14 years had gone, Still now not much Progress in Over all Performance, When I was taken Sun Direct Connection in 2008 I am Expected big Miracles from them. If Sun Direct will add Pending channels many People from all over India will throw away their other DTH & Cable services & go for New Sun Direct Connection!!!

Sun Direct runs DTH for promotion of own channels and the party (dmk) images. They give cheap packs, because they dont worry about profit. You can't expect all of your favorite channels in sun direct If you want all favorite channels, go for tata sky. If you want cheaper services, go for dish tv or d2h.
