Bro it happened to me also today . But i called customer care they told me to wait for 1hr . But within 1hr gets activated. So wait for 1hr it will be activated... Or else cal cc

Facing signal issue morning also
Few of channel are freeziing 12356/34000 tp
It was having high level signal fews month back.
But now signal is jumping high and low per second.

Anybody facing this issue?

My box is not too old. It 2 year old.
Mostly it's mistake from Sundirect side,or may be due sunoutray.
