Not getting channels from 12603, 12643, 12563 tps. Not getting Colors Kannada, Zee Kannada, Star Suvarna and many other Kannada channels on these tps from 2hrs. Don't know what is the issue. Getting Udaya tv which is on other tp

Not getting channels even after multiple factory reset.
Tried 'Refresh set top box' option in sun direct app. But error code 48-32 is not listed in that.

Is there anything else I have to check? Or calling technician is the only solution?

48-32 error code is for No Signal. If problem is not solved,then you can call to technician

No.HD Box should have .HD box can view SD channels but SD box not show HD channel
