Channel locking period How many days in sun direct , If we choosen an 250 including ncf package recharge rs100 accept in Sun Direct as day by day deduction 100rs can watch 12days can it is possible in Sun Direct , currently tata play accept 200rs as minimum and it will deduction our package value conversation in to day's and deduction of 200rs as per day s value
They won't deduct day by day, If you have existing pack, then you recharged 100 Rs. It will be credited to wallet, Once your existing Expiry date of Pack comes, They will deduct your wallet balance in onego and will extend your Validity of Existing Pack.

If your Monthly pay is 250Rs for 30days

Then 100rs will extend validity of pack to 12days
 
There is no more unlimited option when choosing a channel or pack. You have to select number of months which is very frustrating. I cannot just recharge for say ₹100 and extend the validity of the existing subscribed channel. It's a stupid system.

Agreed. It's like they are not interested in selling when consumer is banging his head to give them money.
 
I think most of their revenue comes from dealers so they are not giving more importance to the customer facing tools.
Phone support is non existent.
App is a joke
Sms features are sketchy at best
WhatsApp connect is non functional
Website is a hit and miss.
EPG does not work or is mostly incorrect.
You have to contact nodal to get things done.

Of all the DTH that I've used, sun is the worst in terms of these features.

Only good thing is the audio quality of SD and HD channels and HD box UI.

For Phone Support you can use regional Support Number, if too not Worked then you can use WhatsApp or website Chat and ask them to CallBack..

If you go long term pack will cost around 100rs per month otherwise will cost around 170rs per month.
