First worst experience in sun direct . Trying to add an addon of Sony six. Customer care is not working, website login not working, website chat nobody is responding . Interestingly add on message also not working. But recharge via free charge works.

Well, Chat only available from 12 PM-6PM.
Anyway, I also tried yesterday and no representative joined in Chat.
