I unable to view channels properly getting issues frequently on my sun Direct, they technician said I need to change antenna, I paid 150 Rs for two time visit and 700 Rs for changing antenna still sometimes HD channels aren't proper.. Don't know I was being looted by the technician, I lost my hope, please suggest what to do

Bro i think u shud get new hevc box..i too had similar problem thought of changing antenna but after upgraded to hevc i have not faced any problem signal is very stable even in rain.

Me too have the same prblm. Bt aftr the hevc upgradation, the prblm solved

Bro is HEVC box only model showing hs8101, so don't know what to do, I recently upgraded to HD box for my old SD box by paying Rs 999

Tdy sun direct technician came for changing new setup box for my neighbour he told tat SD is going to add nearly 45 channels.but told don't knw wen it is it...

They are just saying to save customers to their company.i think hvec is only for hd so can expect only hd channels

I think it's not possible to connect with stb:confused ,btw i also using the same way only bro & not facing any issue bro,after hevc stb hd channels sound is excellent for me :happy

Sundirect team, locked av port in hevc stb & just now i'm unlocked the av port :wink,any one want the unlock code means inform me,i will send the step :tup

Do you have the unlock code to current recording issue with new hevc box? Current hevc box not allow you to select media from external drive while recording

I am planning to buy new HD STB with recording option.
what is the best new model in sun direct with recording option?
1)can i watch 2nd channel while recording 1 channel?
2)can i record 2 channels at a time?
3)can i watch recording/recorded program from recorded files while recording is going on?
4)will it show any recording symbol/icon on screen while recording?(for my Dish tv stb it shows a Rec indicator on screen while recording.even though watching other channel it shows Rec indicator.doesn't like it)

All the above mentioned features except #1 and #4 have been gone with Sun Direct new HEVC STB. For option #1, you just can watch very few channels in the same transponder. If you're looking for an STB with more flexibility, please go with some other services
