when all th dth providr ar encouranging their customer to convert from SD to HD at a vry discounted price for example dish tv converting there sd box in HD box just at Rs 599/- is there any such facility is there in sun direct

Yes sun direct hd box very cheap. The conversion price I dont know exactly but I shall tell you very soon. In the mean time Vicky bro can help u.
