Not only zee tamil hd and colours tamil if there are several tamil channels from tamil to add them in sun direct. All dth are rocking with popular channels but what about our sun direct . Still there are many more channels in Malayalam and in Kannada to be added in sun direct .
They got four tps but only 40 plus sd channels were added about other regionals channels especialy hindi news and gec and tdher should be at least 50 plus tamil channels and 40 plus other regional South channels ; after doing this exclusive addition only sun also can rock like other dth but still we can compare it equal to rdtv why because what ever rect has all channels were added by sun direct less no of 3rd channels all dth carrying minimum 400 plus 3rd channels but sun direct cannot carry at least 300 plus 3rd channels also.
Asking several times to customer service about channels addition but no more response why????
 
As per my sources Sun Direct is working on currently to add some more Bengali, Kannada and Gujarati News Channels.

Probable list as per my source:

Zee 24 Ghanta, News18 Bangla, TV9 Gujarati, ABP Asmita, TV5 Kannada etc......

But it will be added phase by phase and not in one go.

Any update on adding any of these malayalam channels which are not available on SUN DTH?

5. RAJ News Malayalam.
6. RAJ Musix Malayalam.

8. Athmeeya Yathra (AY TV)
9. Gyana Yogi.
10. Victers.
11. ZEE Malayalam (expecting).
12. 24 News (Test run).
13. Harvest TV.

They must add it soon... Being south India dth atleast they must have most of the south channels..
One dealer said most of people not choosing sun because of zee Tamil hd, polimer and less Tamil channels ..
