Good News Sun Direct Go - Live Channels will be officially available from 26th August

Anybody facing issue with Star Channels?. For me it's not playing after Redirecting

Yesterday it played Star Vijay channel for me via Hotstar in the mobile app (Oppo F7 phone; Android 10). There was a little downside to this though. The deeplink that opened the Hotstar app from the Sundirectgo app, forcibly overwrote my existing Hotstar login (for which I have the 1499 Hotstar Premium subscription) that I had logged in using a different mobile number. Then I had to logoff from the Hotstar app & login back again with the number for which I have the 1499 plan.

P.S:
I have earlier experienced similar behavior when I had opened the Zee5 app from the Jio Tv+ app (Jio Fiber's companion app).

For accessing sun direct go Live TV channels which pack should be activated in sun direct dth. I recharged yesterday for 6 months Tamil Basics Plan, it was mentioned during recharge that 6 months Tamil basic plan has 1 month Go classic plan complimentary. What is Go Classic plan, is it only OTT plan or it covers Live TV plans also in sun direct go app. I was unable to check the same as I have two sun direct connections and if I login with my number which was registered few months back it is showing SMC which was not recharged recently. Not able to change the SMC which I recharged yesterday, so I sent an email to customer support to change the SMc for my mobile number in the app and yet to receive any reply.
