Vicky , the screenshot indicates you have less signal strength and signal quality , it is always better to have more than 75% signal strength & quality.

Next time when technician comes to your home , ask him to tune Dish for better signal.

Sure Viki bro,but installation onwards i have get 63 to 65% signal strength & quality 99% & technician told all sundirect stb works only 65 % & i have checked reliance digital tv stb in sundirect dish & i have get 100% signal strength & signal quality

bro,just press menu button in ur remote & after installation menu & then 2 option available ,1 is automatic scan & another one manual scan & click manual scan & press yellow colour button in remote & it's will show & bro please don't change the any setting in tp & if changed means not channels working & after reset the stb working:k

@dinee bro and @Vicky bro; it depends on your software version. Check Vicky bro's screenshot and see if it's the same software you have. If it's different, then the buttons to be pressed would also be different. Mostly it would be in "Manual Scan".

Vicky , channels will work even with 50% signal strength , but you will face issue during cloudy and rainy session.
