Same problem will be with tata sky like dish tv logo tata sky logo will be below attached to Sun Marathi. This DTHs really don't care about channel positions.

But Sun Network all channels use same logo position, so do Suntv, Surya, Sun bangla etc viewers get same problem?

Yes same problem with other sun network channels on tata sky. The tata sky logo comes on those channels bcz of which it doesn't look good.

I will suggest Marathi and Bengali users to don't subscribe it because there was only daily soaps for two market viewers which Sun NXT providing for free (I think they may invest in Bengali satellite and digital rights in one year after that only we can expect any thing for marathi viewers but they are planning some reality shows for Bengali which also provided free by the Sun NXT so don't want any subscribition)
