missed call option is also not working, getting msg this top up is not available for you. self care also they ve removed this top up. airtel had withdrew the offer or some kind of software bug?

Offer is showing on home channels. Most likely line is busy. Yes all new topups on app and selfcare were rolled back due to some error. So only misses call and customer care option remains until they fix it.
