Sw update

Hi Friends,
I am Swapan. yesterday I replaced my old tata
sky stb to new sd mpeg4 stb, my friend have
same stb but his ui is new and batter than
me.
so I too want that type ui. and waiting for
automatic sw updte from tata sky but it is not
happend till now.
I do manually like 2 time back and 2365 when
it starting then it shows software being
downloading.
from 1 to 100 percent completed but nothing
happend.
so friends if you have any idea,please help me.
